Training Design & Approach
Training Design

Training is conducted through a continuous process of experimental and experiential learning. We create an open, friendly and informal training ambiance in which people drop their superficial defences and become more 'real' and 'natural'.

Participants are exposed to critical management competencies and human resource development procedures designed to bring out the best in each individual. We persuade the participants to come out of their comfort zone to take them through a number of diverse situations wherein risk taking is rewarded, conflict management is inherent and cohesive team effort paves the way for success.

Successful accomplishment of such challenging assignments gives each participant an exhilarating sense of fulfillment and self-assurance, and promotes selflessness and mutual trust within a team and high lights the need for physical and mental fitness.

The Experimental Learning is a client-centered approach to learning that engages individuals in action, reflection, transfer and support. It is rooted in the philosophy that learning is more effective when the whole person is actively involved. Experimental Learning combines experience-based learning (action alone) with reflection (conscious awareness of learning), transfer (application of the learning to different settings), and support (maintenance of the learning over time).

Our role is to design and deliver organizational development program which reflect the organizations culture, while exposing participants to a whole range of situations that challenge assumptions while building mutually beneficial relationships.

The experiences are integrated with facilitated and/or self-facilitated reflective processes that help the learners explore what happened during the experience, analyze the patterns that emerged, strategize for the next experience and transfer learning to another environment. We have been able to champion the “just-in-time” program, making it possible to design and deliver very successful program.

Our programme lay stress on the much ignored Emotional intelligence which includes Cognitive Intelligence (measured by IQ), the ability to learn, understand, remember, reason, apply knowledge and solve problems; Emotional Intelligence (measured by EQ) – An array of emotional, personal and social knowledge and abilities which influence one's ability to cope effectively with environmental demands and pressures and Emotional Intelligence (EI), the capacity for recognizing our own emotions and those of others, for motivating ourselves and others, and for managing emotions well in ourselves and in our relationship.
