  1. HOW WE DO IT : -
    Action Learning Cycle forms the platform on which we base all our processes. Realism is ensured by simulating real life work related situations. Each exercise is followed by a Reflection Session where both, the individual and the group dynamics and their impact are analyzed. Participants are then encouraged to conceptualize the behavioural modifications they desire as individuals and also as a part of the group. Learning-by-doing is the key constituent of all programs conducted by us, and transference of learning relating it to the work place is our forte.
